Accounts

HPC accounts are given by request to individuals in any of the following groups:

• students with ME as their major
• students taking an ME class
• ME faculty
• individuals with a UT EID collaborating with an ME faculty member

On the 12th class day of each semester our database of current students is updated. Shortly thereafter, accounts of individuals who no longer fall into one of the above groups will be locked. Any account which was locked during a previous long semester will be archived. Any account which was archived during a previous long semester will be deleted completely.

To reactivate a previously locked or archived account, use the Contact Us page to contact the current HPC system admin.
